About the event
The ITF Taekwon-Do Friendship Cup 2026 is more than just a competition. It is a day where children, youths, and adults from different schools and organisations can come together through the spirit of ITF Taekwon-Do. Whether stepping onto the mats for the very first time or already experienced in competition, every participant will have the opportunity to challenge themselves, build confidence, make new friendships, and enjoy the positive atmosphere of our Taekwon-Do community.
The event is open to all ITF organisations and welcomes competitors from 4 years old through to adults. Participants can compete in Tul (Patterns), Sparring, Special Techniques, Flying Side Kick, and Flying Front Kick, with the flexibility to enter one, two, or all disciplines.
